Diane brings to BlueMetal her many years of experience in business operations over a wide array of small and corporate businesses, including in real estate, insurance, medical, agriculture, and the hospitality industries. Her main goal is to bring a high level of efficiency to daily operations to ensure seamless functioning on all levels.
As a Services Management Executive and Software Architect at employers like Microsoft, United Airlines and IBM, he brings over 30+ years of software development and program/product management experience. Tony brings with him a great familiarity of BlueMetal Chicago's business and a passion for people management, technical excellence, and high-quality solution delivery. After a brief hiatus helping others with their own start-up businesses, improving his less than mediocre golf game, and traveling with his 9 year old son to Maui, the National Parks and getting in some Disney (mis)adventures, he's agreed to put this skills to good use leading the Midwest services team.
His passion is to be able to deliver value to his customers as well as building solutions where scaling and performance are part of the design from the first line of code to go-live. Most recently he was the Manager of Integration Solutions at MSI Data which builds a product called ServicePro, a cloud based field service software package. In that role he managed a team of 8 developers and was solely responsible for the design and architecture of the integration engine, identity management and authentication.
